National and International management advisory experience began in 1995 soon after my 18-month assignment with Silicon Valley Bank and subsequent investment banking assignments for client IPOs, with a publicly listed, Greenbrae, CA-based precious metals company with South American properties. The second international client was an Australian biotechnology company listed on the ANX and Nasdaq.
