A Pioneering Forest Summit

For two years, the Forest Innovation Summit has served as a conduit to bring together the most forward-thinking innovators from across the Atlantic. The Summit gathers leaders from some of the world's most influential forestry and technology hubs and promises a hub of knowledge, expertise, and innovation.

The Forest Innovation Summit stimulates a dialogue that holds the potential to shape the future course of global forestry. By creating this platform, we invite the cross-pollination of ideas and practices, fostering international collaboration to pursue sustainable and innovative forestry practices.

The Forest Innovation Summit 2023

In 2023, the second edition of the Forest Innovation Summit took place on November 16th-17th at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, in San Francisco.

In total, we had 48 speakers and 120 attendees, and the two-day conference consisted of speaker presentations, panel discussions, startup pitches, and networking.

The focus areas were:

• Forestry Models & Policies (as well as ESG regulation and reporting),
• Wood Utilization & Bioenergy
• Fire Mitigation & Technology Solutions
• Forest & Biomass
• Mass Timber
• Land Management & Sustainability

Once again the Forest Innovation Summit was a success, and it facilitated the exchange of both new and existing innovations through the lenses of environmental, social, and political perspectives. We are very much looking forward to a third Summit in 2025. Stay tuned!
