Biodiversity is valued for many reasons, and as climate change is increasing the pace of environmental change around the world, the services that biodiversity provides human communities hang in the balance. Dr. Manley will talk about approaches and tools for characterizing biodiversity and its services in a manner that makes them tangible, quantifiable, and ideally more available for management and market investments.
