Executive Director of Regenerative Forest Solutions
As the Executive Director of Regenerative Forest Solutions, Costa leads strategic initiatives to advance forest-based solutions for wildfire and climate resilience, and rural economic development. She collaborates with partners statewide to advance the development of regional “wood campuses” in California, regional infrastructure needed to support forest restoration, strengthen local economies, and scale the forest-based bioeconomy.
A forest landowner and steward, Temra brings on-the-ground perspective to her work, actively engaging in forest management and restoration. She is a published author and serves as a Board Director for the Gold Ridge Resource Conservation District in Sonoma County where she lives.
