Assistant Professor of Cooperative Extension at UC Berkeley
We’re excited to welcome Paul Mayencourt, Assistant Professor of Cooperative Extension in Engineered Wood Products and Design at UC Berkeley, to the Forest Innovation Summit.
Paul’s work focuses on structural design, engineered wood products, and mass timber construction. His research and teaching explore how innovative wood-based building systems can advance sustainable architecture and construction.
Before joining UC Berkeley, Paul taught structural design and mass timber construction at MIT, Stanford University, and the University of Washington. He also worked as a licensed structural engineer in Zurich.
