Lisa Podesto is a Director of Mass Timber and Sustainable Construction Innovation at Swinerton.
She has more than 15 years of experience in design and construction management, specializing in mass timber and industrialized construction. She is widely recognized as a leading expert in the U.S. mass timber sector and actively supports research and market development through organizations such as the Tallwood Design Institute and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
Lisa also contributed to the early development of mass timber as a co-author and peer reviewer of the United States Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) Handbook, helping advance the adoption of CLT in the construction industry.
