Sting Bioeconomy supports startups and business ideas in the field of bioeconomy, services, or products that may, in one way or another, promote the use of renewable resources. Sting's way of putting it is that bioeconomy makes our planet healthier. It could be based on natural resources or technology, such as blueberries and drones – and everything in between.
Sting welcomes startups and companies from Sweden as well as the rest of the world. They conduct a large part of their business virtually, but their base is in Karlstad, in the Swedish region of Värmland.
